How tools work

Choose a tool, select a supported file or enter your text, then use the labelled action button. Most file tools work in your browser and download a new result.

When a tool cannot process a file

Confirm the format, file-size limit and whether the document is password protected. Try a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser and keep the original file.
